Bankwest’s whole of Tribe Inception

Bankwest’s first Tribe has kicked things off this week with a whole of Tribe Inception. Monday was all about Clarity with everyone understanding what success looks like and what are the guardrails to work with within. Tuesday was all about breaking down the work in the context of what was covered on Monday. It was really impressive to see the Tribe in action and the skeleton of a Tribe release plan starting to emerge. Looking forward to seeing how things continue over the remainder of the week.
